Nicolaj Wälli
He is the manager and owner of SmartEm. He is responsible for all strategic decisions and directions. His slogan “a pro for pros” motivates everyone to give their best for the customer on a daily basis.
Ralf Søndergaard
Ralf is our contact for the Danish market. His many years of technical experience and systematic approach mean he can come up with real solutions for his customers. His enthusiasm is inspiring and contagious.
Pamela Lambach
The manager of back office is your person of contact for complex requests. She bears joint responsibility for our first-rate service and makes sure that the processes and procedures within our customer support service run smoothly.
Daniela Bergerhoff
With her many years of experience in sales and procurement, she is completely at ease when working with customers and suppliers. She applies her extensive knowledge daily, making our internal team even better.
Sarah Jergen
She is by far the youngest in the team and has quickly adapted to working life as an apprentice. She is primarily involved in internal services and is always ready to help out in logistics to ensure our shipments arrive on time with satisfied customers. Of course, she knows social media better than anyone.
Liridon Jusufi
An absolute all-rounder at SmartEm. He works closely with the internal team, ensures our high-quality standards in goods receipt and dispatch, and makes sure that your product is delivered on time.
Achim Black
He brings our basket carriers ‘to life,’ as all SmartEm basket carriers are crafted with great attention to detail in our factory in Germany. Achim tests their functions and ensures high quality, so everything runs smoothly in operational situations.
Benjamin Black
No matter the area he works in – assembly, order picking, or warehouse logistics – he is at home in all these fields. With his craftsmanship and expertise, he also manufactures our basket carriers in proven quality. A true all-rounder you can always rely on.
Design and development
In close cooperation with our customers we develop innovative products for fire departments, rescue and emergency services. Our products impress with their durability and simplicity of use. We also develop our products in cooperation with clients in the case of special requirements and conditions.

We are certified according to ISO 9001 in the currently valid version. This is an international standard for quality management systems (QMS) and defines the requirements for an effective QMS. The aim is to fulfil customer requirements and expectations, improve product and service quality and increase customer satisfaction.
